Atelier7 LLC ("Atelier7 Architects," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at www.atelier7llc.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have regarding your personal data. By using the Site you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2a. Information you provide directly

When you submit a project inquiry, download a resource, or contact us, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Project city and state
  • Project details you choose to share (category, square footage, budget range, description)

2b. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we automatically collect standard web server logs and analytics data including: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on pages. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and a self-hosted Umami analytics instance for this purpose. Neither service is used to build advertising profiles.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to project inquiries and schedule consultations
  • Deliver requested resources (brochures, guides, specifications)
  • Send follow-up communications related to your inquiry
  • Improve the Site's content and user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Project inquiry data is retained for 3 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per the default retention periods of the respective analytics platforms (26 months for Google Analytics 4).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability (receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format)

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
